Custom Pieces

Yes, custom pieces are a possibility. The first step is to contact me to discuss what you’d like. Custom work generally requires a 50% deposit to start, and is not refundable.

Creating custom pieces take from one to four weeks, depending upon materials on hand at the outset. You will be kept apprised.

 

Shipping Times

In stock items generally ship within 3 business days. You will receive an email with the tracking information, once your piece(s) ship.

Custom work will generally ship within 3 business days of the work being completed. See above for the timing of custom work. You will receive an email, with an estimated date of completion, and another email with tracking info, when your piece has shipped.

 

Shipping Method

At present, shipping is via United States Postal Service Priority Mail, with tracking and insurance, to destinations within the contiguous United States.

You will receive an email with the tracking information, once your piece(s) ship.

If you’re interested in a piece, and you live outside the continental US, contact me.

 

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Your information is only used to process payment and ship merchandise to you, or to send you a newsletter. We will not sell or share your information.

Your credit card information is not stored on my site, only the payment processor has direct access to that information. In the event of a refund, PayPal or Stripe will credit the calculated amount back to the original payment method only. Click the link(s) above to view their individual privacy policies.

If you decide that you no longer want to receive the newsletter, you may unsubscribe at any time. The unsubscribe link is at the bottom of every email that goes out.

 

Online Return Policy

Returns are accepted for pieces purchased online and returned within 14-days of delivery, in new and unworn condition. Contact me prior to shipping, for a return authorization number, in order to be eligible for a refund. Refunds do not include shipping fees. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Custom orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Late returns are subject to a restocking fee.

Refunds and credits are be processed using the original payment method and purchaser information only. Transactions are handled securely by Stripe or PayPal, your credit card information is not stored on this website.

 

Refunds + Credits

Here are the criteria, for a piece still in new and unworn condition:

—Within 14 days of receiving your online purchase, contact us for a return authorization number. This step speeds up the process at our end, for you.

— If the piece has an inherent flaw, from when I made it, you will receive a full refund, once we receive and inspect the piece(s).

— If the piece is worn or damaged from wear, you will have a choice of a credit for an amount that reflects the amount of wear / damage or a refund adjusted for the percentage of lost value.

Late returns are assessed a restocking fee.

Three easy steps to start the return process:

1) contact me, get a return authorization number —> Be sure to include your order number.

2) pack and ship the piece with a copy of your original receipt (insure it)

3) your returned package will be received and inspected, your refund or credit will be calculated and processed within 3 business days.

 

Pay Later - New for 2021!

New this year, I’m offering my collectors the ability to purchase now and pay later with PayPal financing.

There are a few ways to make it work. Either turn on the option in your PayPal account here, create a PayPal credit account here, or contact me using the form below, tell me which pieces you want to purchase, and I’ll send you an invoice via PayPal. When you receive the invoice, select, “Pay Later”.
